Product Description

SNF-A is an chemical synthesis, non-air entraining superplasticizer. Chemical name: naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation, it has a strong dispersion of cement particles.

Applications

➢ Good adaptability to all kinds of cement, improve the operability of concrete, widely used in roads, railways, Bridges, tunnels, power stations, DAMS, high-rise buildings and other projects. 1. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%,0.75% mixing dosage advised. 2. Prepare solutions as required. 3. Direct use of powder agent is allowed,alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water moisturization(water-cement ratio:60%).

Main Performances

➢ SNF-A can impart mortar quick plasticizing speed, high liquifying effect, low air entraining effect. ➢ SNF-A is of good compatibility with various kind of cement or gypsum binders, other additives such as de-foaming agent, thickener, retarder, expansive agent, accelerator etc. ➢ SNF-A is suitable for tile grout, self-leveling compounds, fair-faced concrete as well as colored floor hardener. Product Performance ➢ SNF can be used as wetting agent for dry mix mortar to obtain good workability. ☑ Storage and delivery It should be stored and delivered under dry and clean conditions in its original package form and away from heat.After the package is opened for production,tight re-sealing must be taken to avoid ingress of moisture. ☑ Shelf life Shelf life 10 months.
